Content on this site is provided for general information about Surfline Hoods's services and is not a guarantee of availability, pricing, or scheduling in any specific location.

Quotes & Scheduling

Submitting a quote request through this site does not create a binding service agreement. Service terms, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed directly with you by phone or email before any work begins.

Payment Terms

Residential service is due upon completion. Commercial accounts are billed Net 30 from the invoice date unless other terms are agreed to in writing.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a fee of 25% of the quoted service price.

Workmanship

We clean your exhaust system to NFPA 96 standards. Beyond performing the service to that standard, we do not offer an additional guarantee or warranty on completed work.

Liability & Insurance

Surfline Hoods is insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions related to deteriorated or aged equipment discovered before, during, or after our cleaning process.
